James went over and above! We had a very misaligned window frame which he managed to install shutters in perfectly. Even our neighbours were impressed with the quality (they later used his services) Shutter was damaged by our child. He turned up and repaired it. Very courteous, polite and tidy.

Very happy with the complete service from James. Beautiful shutters which really complement our house. We got quotes from 4 companies, including some well known national brands. Brentwood Shutters were the most competitively priced, and offered a more personal service. One other thing that stands out: after James came back to measure properly with the laser, he said that the price was less than the original quote he gave us. It was only slightly less, but we really appreciated his honesty in passing that saving on to us, as he didn’t have to and we would have been none the wiser. We’ll definitely be contacting James to do the rest of the shutters in our house.
