We bought a Ford fiesta from Bill in early December where he went above and beyond to make sure that the car was immaculate for the day of purchase. Sadly after purchasing the cars the cam belt went which he couldn’t have known about. After this Bill offered to give us money back on the car or completely rebuild the engine of the fiesta, we chose to have the rebuild and he spared no expense on the work done to the car in order to fix the issues at hand. After this we got the car back and it was running perfectly but we could hear a noise which ended being the front drive shaft and wheel bearing so we contacted Bill about the issues and he paid the full price of the work done. Overall Brentwood motors have done all they can to provide a brilliant customer service and more importantly taking pride in the work they do.
