Went there to fix my remote control car and the owner couldn't be bothered at all ,He was extremely rude 😒 no manners what so ever. while in my visit I witnessed him arguing with a customer and he was extremely rude to the customer. Also he seemed to be very expensive for a little job .money grabbers, So I advised not to visit this shop .

I used to think the place was good and I was treated well but now it's like staff can't be bothered to help, price's are high and I was even told to go to another rc shop just the staff couldn't be bothered to fix my rc car. This place has really gone down hill and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody 😕😡

The Indian guy in this store is very unhelpful and mean, and this store cheap and has zero interesting products! i traveled an hour to reach this place felt very offended and had waisted my day, never waist yours. STAY AWAY. read his comment below to get a glimpse into his moral compass.

Poor customer service the guy there is not even bothered its like he doesn't want to help he just told me the things i already know, i went to the store yesterday to check out petrol cars because on the phone he told me his got petrols cars for £250 i was shocked that it was cheap and when i get to the store he told me he ment nitro cars and that everyone calls nitro cars petrol cars too, erm no they don't mate, i just fount the guy rude, we took out some old batteries out from the car we brought in to talk about and asked him if theres a bin we could throw the batteries in and he said yeah outside really he doesn't have no bin inside, and repairs are £85+ and it takes 10 days which was ridiculous we just laughed at him and plus the cars are really expensive there, don't buy it from there theirs huge difference in price his just a rip off
