Hygiene is not very good at the centre, changing rooms were smelly, dirty. The leisure pool can do with a good scrub. People at the reception this afternoon didn't really bother interacting with people. Felt like they didn't want to be there. When are you going to fix the slide and waves??? Broken showers, water fountain. Also, please change the timetable online! This is the second time we showed up there and had to come back because it was closed for public. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back unless something happens by miracle, and it gets fixed and cleaned .

Best leisure centre in London for teaching young kids to swim. The beach style gradient makes it accessible for toddlers taking their first steps and gaining the confidence to swim on there own. It’s just a shame that the council do not run it well - it’s a tired building with tired distenga he’d staff who often fail to turn up for work which reduced capacity in the pool. The management needs to change.

First time visiting this centre and when I mentioned that it was our first time the lady staff member took us to the changing rooms and showed us all facilities so that we knew where to go. In the pool area the sloping pool meant our 2.5 year old could easily have fun and walk splash about. 2 life guards on duty meant peace of mind. Some tiles look a bit tired, but overall cleanliness, especially in changing rooms was great. Lovely lady in the cafe. We’ll be coming back here.
