I have been with this surgery since studying in a closely located University. They gave me top quality healthcare, face-to-face, and since the COVID-19 pandemic, workflow changed, but, the GPs and highly skilled Nurses and Admin here do their job and when faced with anger from people, still manage to do amazing work. I am a student; I had a nervous breakdown and a particular GP at this Surgery saved me; he saved MY life. And so did the Telephone receptionist who booked me in. Thank you for changing my life, and when faced with extreme stress (family bereavement), a certain GP saved me. He is (like all) doing amazing work. I only wish I could spread this news to more pax. Excellent surgery. Reviews are very badly written and full of venom. Of course people write when things go bad, but my god, these professionals - they just do everything. Thank you Brentford. Thank you Nadir. Thank You all.

Not following the guidelines of hygiene on flu and covid session. Also the waiting time is more than 1 hour from appointment time. So people with different symptoms have to stay together in a waiting area.

Awful, don't actually care about anyone even those that are suicidal eg waiting a year and a half (and still waiting) for an emergency mental health appointment. One real doctor for the ENTIRE practice other wise over paid, rude locums that let you know how little your health means to them as long as they get paid. Also someone hire Tiffany back please new receptionist are terrible.

I am surprised that they have received such negative reviews. I have been with a rubbish GP surgery before, the kind that refer you to A&E if its an 'emergency' otherwsie you have to wait a week to get an appointment. This practice will ALWAYS try and accommodate me and my 1 year old daughter on the same day if not a day later. Absolutely brilliant care, very kind, you wouldn't think they had a doctor down and honestly so helpful and accommodating. Have already recommended to my husband to join and leave his practice of 40+ years

I wonder when looking at these reviews if sometimes the other practices get mixed up with this particular one. I have been a patient for over 30 years. I have seen doctors come & go, Dr Tan, sadly the latest. But honestly, Dr Karrar & Dr Solihul are wonderful! The reception staff are helpful and polite. I never have a problem speaking with, or being checked by a doc when necessary... Everyone has their own experiences, for me, it has always been positive. I am very grateful for all the excellent care I have received over the years.
