These guys should not be operating to serve the general public, they clearly hate doing it and have absolutely zero customer service skills. I left incredibly upset. Got there at 4.35pm, trade door was open, and after being ignored for 7 minutes upon arrival, I was repeatedly told by female staff member at least 5 times during my enquiry that I was late and she has other work to get on with and trade desk closes at 4.45pm. Another customer who arrived at 4.50pm - (the front door was still open) also was witnessed experiencing confrontational attitude, sharp tone and rudeness from female staff member. She also said I quote, 'the Director is worse than me and will tell you the same thing I can go get her.' when asking to deal with someone else. Another staff member said whilst looking at the clock, 'I'm going home at 5pm that's a fact.' before proceeding to 'help.' fair to say, I didn't move forward with placing an order.
