I had a call with Angela and she was absolutely lovely and assisted me in speaking through a horrible ordeal i had which required me to seek urgent repair. Thank you so much! Before this i was through to a horrible woman who ended the call on me 2 times unfortunately I don't know her name but she shouldn't be allowed to do this job. Reported a blocked gutter last month. Nothing was done, now I have a leak in the kitchen as a result of excessive rain pouring onto the wall. Tried to contact brent council using their website, full of useless information and difficult to find information for emergency repair.
