Terrible council! Only concerned with making money. No concern or care for the elderly. Disgusted and shocked!

OMG - I have a flat in Wembley and have been trying to report a repair for 2 months. The flat above had a water leak and damaged our ceilings severely. I have tried calling their staff who just keep telling me to speak to someone else and when I got sick of that I tried logging it through my online account. each time I submit the repair online it times out then comes up with a "technical issue" message. Honestly why do we pay tax and why do we pay extortionate service fees! This is why our country is up the duff! I even tried the complaints section and when I submitted it came back with the site is having a technical issue! I dont know if i should laugh or cry right now. I say get rid of government and bring back the monarchy! All the government care about is taking our money.

I love Brent Council, every service I asked for in the last 40 years was offered at the highest standard. there were few occasions where I had to remind some, but as soon as I did, they immediately attended to it.
