I injured myself in basketball and was walking around in pain for 2 weeks. I knew deep down I needed to see an osteopath but thought it would just get better. So the pain became more intense. So I booked a visit and I saw Joe. During the session he asked questions and talked me thru what he was doing and so clear. I left that day still in pain but I was given exercises. The next morning I woke up the pain had decreased and my movement had improved 2 days I had zero pain. I'm writing this to show gratitude and also to recommend Joe he's amazing.

Gilian is the first osteo (of many) to spot the underlying causes of my ongoing back pain. Incredibly knowledgeable and treats you like a friend. Really good communication post visit with video exercises and instructor recommendations for core strengthening.

I recently started attending this Osteopath, I see ‘Laurie’ I walked in on my first visit using walking sticks and walked out without needing to use them. Laurie has got me to a much better place then I was in physically and his whole lifestyle and well being approach is excellent. He is very thorough in his osteopathic treatment. I have one more follow up visit with him but would like to continue to see him or anyone at this practice who offers sports massage therapy as it is vital to my wellbeing. Great osteopath I would definitely recommend. To add the staff are very polite and courteous. Thank you to you all.

Went there twice and I didn't get any improvement. Seems like she was only after the money, very disappointed. She also gave me a cream for the pain that funny enough it was already out of date and it said not to use after the use by date.

I have a bulging disk in my lower back, for two years I was on strong painkillers and struggled to walk. After seeing Vijay and Lauren for over a year, I am so much better. They helped with pain and keeping my body straight and aided my ability to move. Without them; especially Lauren I would still be in severe pain, I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone- they are amazing!!
