A terrible care home that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. My father was here for just 2 weeks and his condition worsened significantly. when I called the care home to talk about the level of care he was receiving, or lack thereof, in a calm manner, the manager Carol didn't want to hear it and hung up on me. I didn't call back. he was restrained, physically held down which left cuts and bruises to both his hands and his arms. he fell out of bed one evening and woke up the next morning on the floor because no one checked on him throughout the night. Zero care given. I wouldn't let my dog stay here.

Please ignore previous comments I made. Entirely a mistake owing to fat fingers! I visited a close friend and the staff were extremely helpful, ( it's a bit confusing finding the way around) it's bright, tasteful and modern with plenty of recreational space for residents. We were given tea and biscuits. My friend says the food is good and she enjoys the outings. I am impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere .
