VASILEIOS BRIOLAS
Interviewed on Zoom at 12 PM today with one of the most arrogant, insensitive and disrespectful individuals of the management team. This is an indication of a dictatorship management style ,I would not work at any places that have horrible and rude people like her.The Zoom interview only lasted 3 minutes...makes you think where is the understanding during the Covid 19 crisis.I would not allow my loved one to be under her supervision period! 30/9/2020 FYI I have landed a Deputy Managers position with a reputable Care Group. Not once was I asked about the history/Founder of the Group. The interview was based solely on my credentials,my experience,my knowledge and my future ambitions with the Group. They did not interview me for 3 minutes but went just over 1 hour. You judge people by their knowledge and history of your company, and underestimate their worth and you lack both moral and professional ethics. Your position advertised for an Activities Coordinator, but I believe this was a setup for failure because I am a man.(with over 3 years activities experience and very successful). I had applied for over 60 positions in the weeks prior to the interview, and only on the same day I received an email about who and what would be asked. This information should have been sent at least a week prior to the interview. Seems to me that on all levels the management failed to coordinate and time manage the procedures and process. Just take the blame square on and swallow your pride! Have a great day and review how important potential staff should be appreciated. No one cares about your history, that's pure arrogance. It should be people, people and people. Over my span of 35 years in Directorships,Area Management,Auditing,Security,Manufacturing I never was denied the right to be interviewed over the history of an organisation. The writing is on the wall for you.....Treat individuals with respect and dignity.....Is this not the priority you claim to give your residents. Then do the same for your potential staff members. Roger Thanks Cheers! Basil Briolas.
