Not brilliant, initially it was a very good, but unfortunately it seems once you’ve signed on the dotted it’s job done as far as they are concerned. Van we purchased had an oil leak which they was aware of but chose not to repair, how can we be sure they was aware? It was mentioned as an advisory on the mot they carried out, my assumption was a main dealership wouldn’t let a van go out with an oil leak clearly I was wrong, van had to go back for a 3 day repair! I did ask why it wasn’t repaired prior to collecting? ….….that’s not something I can answer. Now after owning the van for a few months it seems the spare key doesn’t belong to this van.

Excellent service, Max went above and beyond at our pick up, the whole team backed him up when we had a bit of a technical issue our fault not with the camper van. Collection was easy drop off just as good and the camper was wonderful. I would recommend them except that will mean they might not have a van for me next time
