So pleased with my visit to Breeze Suzuki today!! After having my Vitara for around 6 months I received a letter advising me to attend as a part had been recalled. Well I am impressed - because they made it such a pleasant experience - not only was the part swapped over, but the guys gave my car a full valet inside & out making it look brand new again! Also being dog-friendly I brought my 2x spaniels in for the remainder of the waiting time and the team were lovely. Would highly recommend!!

It would have received 5 stars but I didn’t receive call back as confirmed. Also, when I asked if the piece I was collecting was easy to fit, there was no offer to fit, my car was parked outside, it took 5 seconds, but that was not the point. An improvement to the service would be delivering to home address.
