Money grabbing and incompetent. Have taken advantage of a vulnerable 85 year old widow, sending multiple extortionate invoices for their time incurred when we chased them via phone and email for work not completed. Took almost a year to sort probate, kept back original documents with a view to us incurring more costs at a later date, and didn't send Power of Attorney to the Attorney, only to the vulnerable widow. Blamed it all on staff members who have now left. Utterly disgusted
