Fantastic stay at Breakspeare House week before Easter 23. Our family group from 9yr to 88yr loved the property. Lots of room for us all and perfectly presented and extremely clean. Felt very homely and had everything we needed. We had 2 cars which we parked off road on the drive. Great location. Jo went above and beyond. Will definitely book again. 🙂

We’ve just had our second stay at Breakspeare House and loved it again! It’s ideal for a family with plenty of room for everyone. The accommodation is clean, well presented & has the bonus of off road parking. It’s in a great location within walking distance to local attractions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at Breakspeare house, couldn’t fault a thing. Beautiful decor, comfortable and homely feel. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Hosts were extremely helpful in their communications and the welcome tray of ‘essentials’ was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend to families for a get away at the seaside.

We all loved our stay at Breakspeare House such a happy place to be Its perfect in every way lovely rooms nicely decorated - fantastic kitchen area where everyone can sit and have meals together - all the bedrooms are a good size comfy beds nice bed linen and towels Perfect location not far from the beach and park - things to do for all ages Jo is a lovely host really friendly and nothing is too much trouble - nice welcome pack with a handwritten card

This property is absolutely wonderful. It is perfect for a family holiday. It was spotless, had a beautiful open fire (which we used every night) and a lovely kitchen/sitting area and outdoor area. The location is superb, just across the road from Peasolm Park and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host, Jo, really couldn't have been more helpful and left us a lovely welcome package with a handwritten card. If you are looking to holiday in Scarborough, book this holiday home. You will not be disappointed. We will be back.

Our 3 night stay was absolutely bliss! The cleanliness was 10/10 & excellent measures in place providing reassurance during the current pandemic. The beds were so comfortable and we managed to really relax and unwind. The location is spot on and so much to do within walking distance. We could leave the car on the driveway while we explored on foot which was an added bonus. The children loved the house and didn’t want to go home!! We will be booking again to return at half term. Thanks so much.

We’ve just had an amazing stay at Breakspeare House. The location is fantastic - walkable to all the North Bay attractions and right beside Peasholm Park!! The house itself is wonderful! Clean and modern with absolutely everything we needed. The beds are soooo comfortable and we all slept really well. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need, even a washing machine!! Dining area with big dining table for us all to sit together. Out the back is a lovely patio area which is totally private and catches the sun. We will definitely be booking a return stay here as we couldn’t fault anything. Thanks so much. Definitely a five star from the Tee family 👍🏼
