Payment upfront and no refund policies are pretty harsh. No wiggle room in the event something gets in the way of your booking. Entirely unhelpfu management. Swerve this place and go for somewhere that only needs a deposit rather than full payment upfront

Had a challenge with the family to complete the same room at the same time to see who was fastest. Good times. Everything felt nice and clean and looked after. Be prepared to climb quite a few stairs if your room is upstairs.

Amazing!! Went for the first time with friends and family and had such a good time!! Our operator was Djay and he was so lovely, explained the rules to us clearly and the mechanisms because it was our first time, loved the story of our room, and handled us really well when in the room because we did need a clue at one point🤣 so so fun, had all our stupidest and smartest moments in one room and was such a laugh, I really recommend and I’m looking forward to going again!
