wanted an order of shaped & cut rebar - order value circe £500. Rang them 5 times over a week, every time the guy said 'We've been really busy'. I never got my quote, they never rang me back, if I could leave a review with 0 stars I would. I read there was a cash injection last year to keep them going - perhaps it might be worth trying customer service?
