Chris was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way for us. He delivered our car to us at home and talked through all the changes from our previous CRV. He arranged for a small plastic trim on the bodywork to be replaced and dropped it off at the Hemel garage for us as it was closer for us. He was very easy to deal with at every stage of buying the car. When I went to the Hemel garage Jason was very friendly and helpful, the part was soon replaced and as it was pouring down they even brought the car round to the door for me so I wouldn’t get wet. I purchased a brand new Honda Jazz hybrid from Brayleys which involved a part exchange with my Nissan Pulsar. I cannot praise the Sales team enough. On previous visits to car showrooms, I have felt pressurised by staff anxious to make a sale in the hope of qualifying for a substantial bonus. This often incurred the sales person leaving their desk to go to speak to their manager to see what, if any, incentives could be offered. At Brayleys, I found staff, while still focussed, much calmer, polite, attentive and good listeners. This was especially true of a relatively new addition to the staff, Lilly-Grace Hilliard. Just 20 years of age, she showed a maturity and confidence that one would expect from someone who had spent many more years in the business. We had a trial run in a similar car and when back in the showroom, answered every question politely and directly. Even after having obtained all the necessary signatures on the appropriate forms, she spent some considerable time with me pairing my mobile phone and ensuring I was happy with all the various controls.
