Bray Renovation recently installed a new kitchen for us, which included a reconfiguration and some building work. It wasn't a straight-forward job due to the shape of the space and some botch jobs that the previous home owner had carried out. However, they came up with solutions for all issues encountered and were focused on achieving a professional outcome. Managing multiple trades isn't easy and Dan, Patrick and the team managed to do this with minimum disruption to us as a family. As a kitchen is a big deal, and your thoughts on things can change as the project moves forward, Bray were supportive of some key changes we decided upon after they had started work. We have further work that we need carried out, and due to the trust we have built up with Bray we will be using them for our next projects. Service: Kitchen remodeling

Daniel and his team were very efficient and worked hard to complete the work. Even though there were different teams Daniel co-ordinated the teams well. The finish was professional and the materials used were of a very good quality. I would certainly recommend Daniel to anyone who needed building work or in my case a cellar tanking out.

Dan, Patrick and the team at Bray renovated our kitchen in January 2021. This involved quite a bit of building work as it was taking a small galley kitchen and knocking through into our dining room to make one large open plan space. Dan met with us early on to discuss possibilities and worked to our budget. We also had a deadline as I was pregnant with my 2nd child at the time and wanted the work done before its arrival. Dan's entire team were friendly, efficient and clean. Communication through the process was excellent as we were always informed of any issues, changes or questions that came up. They started the work on time and not only were they done before my baby arrived but they were done early, only signing off once we were happy that everything was complete. The finished product was beautiful, a wonderful open space for our family to spend time. We are already contemplating our next home renovation project with Bray (my vote is for the bathroom!) Would definitely reccomend Dan and Bray Building Services for anyone with a home renovation project.
