An excellent experience. Graham listened carefully to our situation and explained the scope of his work clearly. Everything was done to the agreed timescale and fee. The Report itself was detailed and thorough; the use of many photographs alongside the text was helpful as was the phone call prior to delivery of the Report to cover key issues. Hopefully we won't need another Survey for a while, but if we did we'd go to Bravo Zulu.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Graham more. As a first time buyer, my partner and I were slightly clueless when it came to property. We weren’t sure what to look out for and how to spot any potential red flags. We found some great reviews for Graham on Facebook and decided to book him in for a survey of the property we intended to buy. The survey Graham completed was incredibly detailed but also easy to understand. The visuals were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately for us, the survey was a huge shock and uncovered a multitude of serious issues! This was a huge surprise as the house looked incredible on surface level and so was priced according to this. Thanks to Graham, we have pulled out of the house sale and saved ourselves from buying a property at an extremely high price point, that needed significant work doing. We would have lost a lot of money in the sale, and would have been blissfully unaware without Graham’s help and guidance. We really appreciated that Graham was happy to give us a call in addition to the report to talk through any concerns and advise us what to do next. Whilst we ended up paying for a house survey that we didn’t end up buying, it is easily the best money we have spent as we have seemed to have dodged a bullet. Thank you so much Graham.
