Very disappointing- the only member of staff of duty was lovely , there were a total of of 8 guests there during our wait .. but having to wait over an hour (!) for the food to arrive stone cold was not what we expected from this establishment- we have eaten at many BBlanc in the past and never experienced this poor level of service - there was not even any waiter service - felt sorry for the one member of ostaff who tried her best in the front the desk, wasn't her fault but v disappointing all round
