I recently reviewed Brass Fascilities regarding an issue we had in our Apartment complex. Within minutes I was speaking to their General Manager Mark Hadden who listened with genuine concern and arranged to meet me an hour later. He took time to listen and immediately made arrangements to rectify our concerns . He attended our site the next morning with three members of staff at 07.00 prompt. What a great response from this company and a brilliant job was done by All. Thank you Mark and the team. All the best.

If the manager is going to "make use of vicky to keep him happy whilst his wife is pregnant" then all I can say is I'm glad I'm out of the shi* .
