Really bad customer services. The lady with glasses who attends during the week is not professional at all. Doesn’t know how to cut the meat, always when I arrive at home, the meat I bought is a disaster (I have to cut it again, I don’t want to think that is with bad intention, but it looks like) Next time I will request a complaint form, that’s not fair. I give to them 1 star review because I can’t give them zero. The products are amazing but the customer service IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 🤮 Today I went to buy some stuff and the youngest guy was making fun of me because I was kind of mixing Spanish & Portuguese. Making the effort or speak in Portuguese and this young guy WHO DOESNT KNOW ME AT ALL goes and makes fun of me. This is 3rd time it happened and won’t happen again because I won’t be going anymore. The previous 2 times it happened with my husband who is Portuguese from Portugal. They don’t have shame
