We chose Brash to do our fathers headstone after walking around the cemetery and seeing the beautiful headstones they had done (Their name is on the side of the headstones). We wanted a bespoke design, it was the last thing we could do for our dad so it had to be perfect. We were very clear on what we did and did not want. We took our time making sure everything was how we wanted and went back numerous times to triple check the details. Jackie, Carole and Tony were always more than happy to go through any details with us. It took 4 and a half months from ordering to the headstone being fitted. This may seem long but for a bespoke design with the stone coming from India it's pretty standard. We were so nervous seeing the headstone for the first time but it was absolutely perfect and exactly what we envisaged. The writing, centering, everything was exactly how we wanted it. They did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thankyou to all at Brash.

Don’t use these people they are rude and intimidating, they did a job what looks like a child has done it, it’s a mess basically. Not central no capital letters and charged a fortune for a few letters, and it took over 6 months for them to do. I wrote to them to explain I wasn’t happy and they basically started shouting On the phone and saying I had no rights to give an opinion, wouldn’t let me speak, will go to trading standards. They’ve ruined our family stone. Your choice people but I used a guy in Oldham for another stone they filled it with lovely words half the price.
