Helpful and friendly service. The location of the storage site (Alton) is excellent, good security, site is clean and tidy the units are immaculate. 24/7 site access is helpful. I have spoken to Timothy who was incredibly helpful with any queries. Highly recommend the company.

Storage is dry and secure. There is a wedding venue on the premises at Alton so moving out of storage on a Saturday is a little embarrassing whilst the bride is walking down the isle. Buyer be aware. 1. Brandt is happy for you to use their team to move into the storage but not out. Moving team is lovely but don’t make you aware they have broken something whilst loading and unloading. 2. You have to rent for 4 weeks and pay for 4 weeks even if you only require a couple of weeks. 3. Even if you give them the exact date of when you are vacating the unit, you still have to give 4 weeks notice in writing or they will charge you. Also make them aware the unit is empty in writing or they will continue taking payments.
