We were told via a notice outside the area that all visitors were to report to reception. This we did. No one was at the reception desk. Some other visitors were there who pointed us to an adjoining room where at least 3 people were talking. I knocked on the door and showed myself, then waited near the reception desk, expecting someone to come out. This didn't happen, so I knocked again in the same manner. Still nothing. Eventually, we just phoned directly to the person we were meeting, who came down to meet us. If people are requested to report to a reception area, there should be someone to receive them.
