I called 111 who made me an appointment at 530pm however I arrived at 4pm as I couldn’t drive and was only able to get a lift at that time. I was seen by the triage practitioner after 1.5-2 hours then saw the doctor 2 hours later. 4 hours wait in total. The doctor was great and explained everything and prescribed me medication which has worked. I expected a long wait and it was full in the waiting area. I can’t complain really apart from the fact you are given an appointment which doesn’t seem to be a point in doing that if you still wait 4 hours but overall good care from both practitioners i saw which is what is the most important to me.

Unfortunately I had to visit twice in a short dodge of time after an accident, the staff are fantastic, offered quick care & an explanation to my problem & unlike my local GP who could not resolve the issue in over 2 weeks was sorted in a matter of hours. Thank you

GP Peter and the rest of the staff were amazing, identified the issue, advised solution, one of the best experiences so far with NHS. Thank you. First doctor who identified the issue- as been a few another GP appointments ( another medical centre) and no success. Thanks again- very great full.

Nurse whom delt with us was lovely, thank you so much. The triage lady was lovely too, the receptionist long blonde hair, Christmas jumper, made me feel worse than I already did, thanks :( sorry to have bothered you at work..... shame you let the company down with your arrogance and lack of care/customer service skills.

Took a family member in at about 11pm for a minor injury - we were walk ins so saw the triage nurse first, then treated by an excellent Urgent Care Practitioner who was professional, friendly, and most importantly treated the issue efficiently. We were in and out within an hour which we were very happy with - much better than going to A+E if it's not an emergency!

Excellent staff all very friendly and efficient, had a long wait only because it was very busy and I was not requiring urgent attention. Would definitely recommend. Caring staff and great service.

4.5 hour wait from 7.45pm for my son to be seen which ended up being a 5 min job..was seen by a 'triage' nurse who wasnt actually triage then had to wait for doctor..system went down and then doctor had to leave so had to wait for replacement doctor...absolutely disgusting.
