I requested a valuation of my house which seemed to go very smoothly. The appointment was booked easily and the person to value my house showed up promptly. However, I required this valuation for legal purposes and unfortunately Branocs didn’t seem to care about me once they knew that. I was given a value verbally but for legal purposes needed this in writing. I have chased at least 4 times since my valuation on the 1st of June and have been ignored on every occasion. If I was to ever sell my house, I certainly wouldn’t use branocs or recommend them.
