Would leave negative stars but can’t!! Appalling returns policy and customer service. Bought clothes for my teenage daughter for Xmas - purchased November 21st - returned in January to be told they are sending them back to me as falls outside their returns policy - customer service told me if I had our purchased them 4 days later I would have been ok as they extended their returns policy for Xmas to take in items purchased from 25th November - although when I requested a copy of the policy nothing was forthcoming!!!! Will stick with Hollister, Urban Outfitters and lots more whose normal policy is to accept returns for Xmas gifts up to 31st January. Given this short sighted arrogance I predict that this company will not survive for much longer as they will lose the loyalty of customers like myself who make a beeline for their shop when in London - never again!

My card details were stolen for a purchase on this website. I realised it straight away and sent them an email begging them to cancel the order. They ignored my request. Also, their telephone line did not work and none ever picked up. The whole experience came across as very fishy, be careful
