lovely clothes and accessories, but the staff are the real issue. they are not helpful at all and it is very frustrating. i had bought something last week and went to go swap it as it was too big. when i bought it, there was no tag but i had the receipt with me. the girl took ages talking to her manager and then said that she wasn't able to return it and that we would have to go to the shop we bought it at and find the girl who served us at the till. keep in mind it could have been very inconvenient for us, and there was no guarantee she would be working. thankfully all was well in the kings road shop, which is a million times better that covent garden so go there instead!!

I have always wanted to visit brandy irl since I only shop online, and it didn’t dissapoint. After reading some reviews here, I was kinda scared to encounter some rude employees, but it all went well and nothing happened. Maybe I just got lucky. Update: went there another time and the cashier was really nice, no complaints.
