No problems here. I have been visiting over45years and COVID aside visit multiple times every year in all weathers and find it a tranquil setting to reflect and remember loved ones. Graves are maintained and grass is cut regularly. Overall I cannot complain. 👍❤️🤔☀️☔😱⭐

I wouldn't even rate it a one star they have lost my family's grave and refusing to give me the location of it and others grave have been damaged with there so cold staffing going around making sure that the graves are being respected. There is no other cemetery in Birmingham that is running with so low standards the staff do as they please by being unhelpful to visitors and being rude to people on the phone when they make inquiries the staff have no manners or empathy towards people. I know they have done something to my loved ones grave thats why they are being rude and disrespectful over the phone to cover up their own mess that they have made.
