I have been to the ladypool branch a couple times and was good but today when I went with my sister and brother in law it was very bad. The girl working was whispering to the man who works there and then he does "tauba tauba" and stares at my sister and brother in law. When my sister told me i was shocked. If i knew there and then i would have confronted both the girl and guy. I want to know is do you treat customers like this and make them feel uncomfortable to shop there? Also if you got an opinion or want to talk about customers please confront us rather than speak behind our back. Totally unprofessional and you seriously need customers service training. Defo not going back there and sticking to the luton branch.

Mixed review here. The staff are mostly polite. Store is a bit for space and so is difficult to browse the store when there's more than a few people in there Review would have been higher except for that we noticed that we returned an outfit that had printing stains and a month later we saw it was back on the shelves instead of being sent back to the manufacturer... With the exact same stains..
