Receive advertising messages on a daily basis from this steel firm and today decided to call in and get a quote for some steel work. The gentleman on the phone said they are only dealing with big orders and big steel work. Sent the drawing to them via email but In reply on the phone he was: “No we don’t do this kind of work”. Didn’t even let me explain what material I need or other specification. Rude, not recommended
