Well first things first, I wouldn't go again. If you go with a group of colleagues to a trendily remodeled former paper bag factory and do lots of team/business building exercises with a team headed by a personality whose actions derive from many playbooks, not least being the Complete Edina Monsoon Movement Guide, you too might see limited replay value. Saying that I probably wouldn't be asked back as I was unable to project sufficient 'ignorant but impressed', could not channel enough 'Crystal Maze' enthusiasm and was probably too full of 'bloody-minded scorn'. Marker pens, white-boards, presentations and the thought of the next day constant rehashing of what went on, back at the office, did not encourage whole-hearted excitement and engagement. The 'refreshments' provided after a somewhat slow and baffling grind were not ample compensation for being stranded mid-evening. Too late for a weekday evening if you're facing an hour or so trekking back down south of the river.
