The guys here went above & beyond when i went to use these facilities. On previous visits to other sites, on not one occasion have any staff even asked if I needed a hand. Please don’t misunderstand what I’m saying as when staff are busy then obviously it’s not something that I’d expect but if they’re not busy then the offer would be lovely- I’m 52 and even at only 5 ft tall I’m still much stronger than most so it’s not a major issue but it was just so refreshing for their staff to not only offer to help but they actually did help- full stars and even took them biscuits afterwards to show my appreciation- Thanks again 😊

As a new resident to Brampton I have visited the recycling centre three times in recent weeks. Before my first visit I telephoned the site and the gentleman who answered my call and was very helpful, giving me advice on how to pack the rubbish so it could be easily recycling at the site. On each of the three occasions I visited the site the interaction with the team as been outstanding. All of the gentleman who work there were friendly and professional helping me to ensure the waste was deposited into the right stilages. The site is also kept extremely tidy. Thank you to the team at Brampton for providing 5 star service. 👍👍👍👍👍
