    Closed on last 3 visits! 1st excuse was system broken. Then yesterday Internet not working so no one can open till. Today.. "No staff trained to operate and we are short staffed anyway!" With Sherfield on Lodden closed for refurbishment, this is totally unacceptable!

    Where to start? No Staff, No trained staff, System Broke, Too Busy, Shut when website clearly shows opening times as open!! Checked on price of parcel prior to posting (ebay), got told £3.20 (correct for 2nd class parcel under 2Kg. Went back next day, different staff member wanted to charge nearly £6 ?? i refused and went to another post office, and yep, i paid £3.20, correct price. Will never use this place again... shocking. Only given one star because i have to give something!! GGrrrr

    If you’re looking for a post office, look elsewhere. It’s only ever open 50% of the time. How they are still allowed by Royal Mail to be a post office, I don’t know!
