We have had various jobs carried out at our property by Bramley Glass - replacement windows, remedial and new brickwork and relocation of an internal soil pipe. Their quote was competitive and all work has been carried out to a very good standard. Although we were initially told that all work could be carried out in a day, it did become a piecemeal job, but under the current circumstances (Covid), we appreciated and understood this. Their on site staff were friendly and polite at all times. A big thank you to Julie and Keeleigh for keeping us informed along the way. Would not hesitate to recommend or have back should we need more work undertaking. Thank you - Mr & Mrs Williams LS12

Wow! What can I say about them? It is so difficult to find a reliable company to do anything these days. Bramley Glass Construction are not only reliable, but they are friendly, professional and go above and beyond with their customer service and dealing with clients needs. My review comes from working side by side, recommending them to clients through work and also having them work personally on my property. I have never been let down by them, their communication is spot on and they have a sense of humor! If I could give 10 stars I would! Keep doing what you are doing guys!! You are all AMAZING!!!!

They came around quickly to give a quote for several jobs I needed doing. I was promised by the engineer who measured up that the quote would cover everything I asked for. Received the quote by email a few days later and asked for clarification that it included everything I had asked for as the engineer who came around promised. After nearly 3 weeks of emailing backwards and forwards it became clear that the quote did not include most of the jobs that I was originally told it would. For example I was told the price would include blinds for the velux window I was having installed. Turns out they don't do blinds at all! I expressed my concerns to them and they then suggested that they come over again and measure up again and give me another quote again! I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and we arranged to have them come over between 8 and 10 to remeasure everything. At 10 I got a phone call saying that they would not be able to make it and would like to come Monday, which although annoyed I agreed to. Monday came... and went. Tuesday I had a message from their office saying the engineer had tried to phone me but got no answer so didn't bother coming. I received no phone calls and when I complained they apologised saying that they had accidentally given their engineer the wrong number and asked me to phone him to discuss my concerns before I give up on them. So I phoned him on Tuesday and we discussed things and seemed to be sorting it out. We started to arrange him coming around to measure up again when he turns around and says 'I'm not sure if I want to take the job on now!" So that was that! Three weeks of constant emails and waiting in for people that didn't show up to be told that they didn't want to bother in the end! Everything was a complete waste of time! I am very disappointed as they seemed quite good to start with, admin staff were very responsive (hence the 2 stars).. Other reviews have stated that there are communication problems within the company. This especially seems to be the case between the office and the engineers. At least it's not just me I suppose. I can't comment on the quality of their work as we never got that far. They are probably good but just make sure you know exactly what you are getting for your money before you pay that deposit.
