I’ve been able to get an appointment or advice when needed, either on the phone or via the online advice. Dr Filak in particular has been very helpful and understanding, and I’m also aware Dr McGregor has also had an input. Thanks to the wider team in general too and keep up the good work.

Nice when you can see a doctor, but many a time a call can do my requirements from a doctor, sometimes this this can be lengthy wait just the situation we are in. had a survey to fill in on my phone, unable to complete as cannot accept my input very frustrating as probably a simple thing for the younger end to complete please remember the oldies and make things simple.

I have been a patient at Bramham Medical Centre choosing to stay with them even when I moved to York! Great staff amazing levels of care and you can actually call them and if urgent get an appointment or telephone triage usually on the same day. They remained accessible throughout the pandemic. The staff are helpful and the medical team including nurses and nurse practitioner are outstanding. I wrote this post after hearing many people criticising their doctors and thought that’s not my experience:)

Doctors and medical staff absolutely amazing. Experienced, understanding, explain things to you in layman’s terms and make you feel at ease immediately. Unfortunately they are let down by certain members of the reception team, who are rude, abrupt, disrespectful in the extreme and make you feel like they’re doing you a massive favour if they let you have an appointment. Doctors medical staff - 5 stars + Reception staff - I have to give 1 star but I’m struggling to find a reason to do so. Therefore the average is a 3 star rating.

Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever received, not just at a doctors…anywhere!!! If I could give it no stars, I would. To their credit, the switchboard people are friendly and helpful, however the woman in the office at Bramham is rude, obnoxious, unhelpful and down right poisonous and has been for years. The practice management are clearly not interested in listening to their customers judging by these reviews. Do yourself a favour and register somewhere else. Avoid the pain of having to deal with this person if you need something. She is clearly in the wrong job.

Having had to contact the practice at the beginning of June with a stomach issue I found that the practice staff dealt with the issue very promptly and I was amazed how quickly they managed to get me the urgent treatment I needed. Having dealt with this practice for many many years I have never found any reason but to praise them all for the professionals that they are when they have dealt with myself and my families health issues. During the many issues that the practice staff must have had to deal with during the ongoing pandemic I have always found that I was able to either get a phone appointment and if needed a visit to the practice with ease. The reception staff are always pleasant and polite and the doctors and nurses very understanding. I am sure we will continue to use this practice for many years to come.
