FIRST CLASS Purchased my first van from Braintree van sales. From the beginning we arrived you just knew this was going to be a good experience as there was a nice vibe with Ant and Tom the sales team! Absolutely spot on with everything. The van was exactly what it was described on the website at a very reasonable price. The deal was done within the hour and was even arranged to be dropped at my home address within a few days all clean full year MOT and a warranty and even went the extra miles for a few other bits we asked for to bling the van up! Thanks again to Ant and Tom we will definitely be coming back to you guys for our next van

It is now 6. week we still wait to tax it because they promised a couple of times to send the V62 but did not. and although they sold a van at 113k milage, timing belt was not changed so troubled us as well. Normally it should have been changed every 100k but neither did nor warned us. After they sold, they dont worry about the customer care. Be careful

EDIT: So 18 months after buying a £17k van from this company and £3200 on electrics later, it is now back in lookers Ford needing a complete new engine! Am getting quoted £6k, with the previous repairs that’s nearly £10k on repairs less than 18 months after buying it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE! Scrap yard vehicles from cheap that they just touch up just enough to sell on. Con artists. Steer well clear Be careful when buying from this garage. Bought a 6 seater transit custom from them for £17k. Paid asking price and cash. To start, the screen wasn’t working, took 2 weeks to fix. They offered to knock £300 off to take it not working, but as an essential component I insisted they fixed it which they did. Had it for for 2 weeks and then the adblue pump went. Straight back to them. Another 2 weeks before it was fixed. Fast forward 6 months and 1 WEEK, it breaks down. Take it straight to lookers Ford opposite them to find out what was going on. Turns out it was full of major electrical faults. The cable to the battery had actually MELTED, the woman on the phone said they were surprised it hadn’t caught fire! Needed a new PCM and wiring loom, none of which should need changing at 70k miles. Total cost to repair £3208.80!! Tried to get in contact with them, was fobbed off constantly. Was told the director was hard to get hold of, they would ring back blah blah blah. In the end they finally responded by TEXT saying they wouldn’t be able to help because it was out of warranty. By 1 WEEK! I paid asking price (didn’t haggle) and £17k. I had to ask them as a ‘reputable’ company if they could make a goodwill gesture, but no. They claim to go the extra mile and are all about customer care but they aren’t. None of the work that needs doing is wear and tear, as far as I’m concerned I was sold a faulty van. And they couldn’t care less. And in case they read this and claim to offer extended warranty, I was never offered it. Please get any vehicle checked before handing over your money. As you could get a nasty bill not long after buying it with zero help or concern from them.

Caution for all people want to buy second hand car in here: The Sales and service are cheating and irresponsible, at first day we bought the car and we told them what happened that the car is keep beeping in the system. and then they said it is no problem they can fix it, till now about 3 months, we visited for 4 or 5 times the problem still here, it is ridiculous. don't try to deleted the message we already keep the record and capture the comment in here with the time we commented in Google map. we have the email and time line don't try to delete it. 請所有香港人注意❗️請不要光觀這間車房，銷售人員有欺騙成份及不負責任！
