Just visited to dispose of three heavy bags of garden waste. The booking system is faultless; easy to use and sends helpful reminders, which meant I had the booking confirmation to hand on arrival. I just wanted to give a big thanks to Ken who saw I was struggling to get the bags out of the car on my own, and helped get all three emptied to the bin without hesitation. He stopped clearing the road to do so and immediately picked up his broom to start again when I was done - I'll add that it was very tidy. Top marks for kindness and professionalism.

We had a great experience. Booked easily online. Booking was checked on the gate before entrance. Once we were ready to unload several members of staff helped us to unload. They made it so straightforward and after a day of clearing a flat we couldn't have asked for more of a brilliant service. Won't hesitate to return! Well done guys!
