    Niall, Braintree Plumbing, you are one in a million! Your brand values are second to none! I can't recommend you enough! My absolute hero! Niall answered the phone within 3 rings late Saturday night. Niall provided a fast response service to a burst pipe and he was at my front door within 10 minutes! Unbelievable service! Great price clearly stated before work was carried out, Niall worked very quickly and was very competent, he was also professional and friendly, cool, calm and collected unlike myself. I cannot recommend him enough and I'm a very fussy person. I just hope that Niall is around next time I'm in trouble with my plumbing. I will try Braintree Plumbing first from now on!     Called after finding 2 leaks on the top floor. One from a broken shower, the second a drainage leak from the same shower. And finding Braintree Plumbing on Google. Niall was courteous. Arrived quickly. Assessed the issue and talked through possible solutions. I needed a fast fix that left a working shower, so together we settled on fitting a replacement. The work was done quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price, and I thought that would be the end of it. The next morning, I noticed a minor issue with the shower and sent Niall a quick text. He came back same day, no additional charge, and had it put right in minutes. Normally I wouldn't leave a review for this kind of thing. But a tradie that stands by their work is priceless. Its now been a few more days, no issues, and if myself or anyone I know in the area needs a plumber. I'd call Niall right away. Its also worth mentioning, Niall was great with the dogs. Which meant I didn't have the dogs barking the whole time! Something I am sure the neighbours appreciate as much as I do! Services: Shower installation, Plumbing leak repair
