After being hit by a lorry I arrived at Braintree Motor Works very upset! But From the moment I pulled up at the premises Nick and team have been nothing but 1st class. Every phone call, text or query was answered straight away. This team are second to none, nothing was to much trouble and I have to say the repair on my car was fantastic. Braintree motor works were superb from start to finish. Somebody reversed into me causing alot of damage they dealt with the insurance company the hire car and everything. Nick and the boys put up with neurotic ways and panics as this was the first time I'd ever needed to do anything like this... I was kept up to date and when my car came back to me it looked good as new... I won't go anywhere else now for anything these guys can do superb service and am glad I came across these guys ☺️😍

Such a professional service from start to finish at Braintree Motor Works. After having to leave my car on the roadside after it being undriveable Braintree Motor Works organised everything for me including liaising with my insurance company and recovering my vehicle which took so much pressure off myself. They constantly kept me updated on my vehicle and done a great job. Would highly recommend.
