Mri scan done here for my daughter in November 2022, was told that if anything concerning was on the mri results we would be notified quickly, still no results by January 2023, my daughter was taken into hospital on 2nd of January and had surgery on the 10th, now has damage to her spinal cord which apparently isn't concerning as far as the staff at braintree are concerned, she has 20% sensation in her legs and will need extensive physio.

I recently went into Braintree Community Hosp for knee replacement under Mr Ranjith. Obviously I felt a bit nervous but the staff were absolutely wonderful in making me feel at ease. From Mr Ranjith down to the tea ladies were absolutely brilliant. I would ho yhere again if I had to.

Just a quick Thank You to each and every member of staff during my foot/toe operation on Tuesday 29th Nov, 2022. David Haydon. Everyone was so polite, helpful, caring, kind, it blew me away. You really are a great group of staff doing your very best for patients in these high pressure, difficult times. My operation could not have gone better, and although I was last in due to someone at Brookfield phoning me the night before saying “don’t come until we call you around 9.30am”, you folks made allowances for my late arrival, and everything went ahead as planned. Please thank everyone involved, you have a remarkable team there!
