We booked Bradmore bouncy castle hire for our daughters 4th birthday. Confirmed the booking and paid a deposit weeks in advance. Confirmed everything was still set to go ahead the day before her party, on the day they didn’t show up at the agreed time. No contact with them for the remainder of the afternoon and this left us with 30 minutes to source another bouncy castle, chairs tables and scuttle bugs for the kids, it completely wrecked our daughters party as we had guests arriving and nothing set up. Please do not book this company, you run the risk of being let down which is not worth it.

They didn’t turn up and won’t return my deposit! When I booked they ensured me that it would be fine for winter as it had a shower proof cover as I questioned this so went ahead and booked. On the day of the party they said they may not be able to make it due to the weather (light showers every now and then in the morning, clear all afternoon when the party was). They said they will let me know closer to the time. They didn’t let me know, wouldn’t answer calls and texts and didn’t turn up even though the weather was absolutely fine. Whole family was left disappointed with no party and to make it worse, they said they would give me my deposit back and every time I remind them to send it, I’m met with lame excuses and now I’m being ignored. Still no deposit a month later. This is a terrible company and judging by the past reviews it’s looks like it’s something they do often even though they reply to these reviews as ‘lies’. I will never use this company again. It may not be a scam company but I definitely feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money. I will be going to trading standards if I still have not received my deposit back.

Wudnt recommend these my friend orderd Castle last month on the day it was ment to come they texed sayin it had been damaged and to choose another one she had paid her deposit which she still has not had back from last month they telin us to tx the manager which we have and still waitin also another person booked them last week they canceld on them blocked there number and they have not gave the deposit bk to them either of 50pnd so if this don't get resolved for my 2 friends I will be puttin it all over fb so no one orders of them again

Booked 4 weeks in advance for a disco dome for my daughters bday party and paid deposit. A friend made a 2nd booking for a disco dome and slush machine again deposit paid. Both times did not turn up. A text just an hour before they were due to turm up full of excuses. Have been waiting over 6 wks for our deposits to be returned!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE!!!
