I never leave reviews but I had a fantastic experience and thought it would share. Called in with my partner one Saturday morning without an appointment and we were seen to promptly. Jane was excellent showing us our options and offering good advice. We agreed on both rings with my partners needing to be made to suit her engagement ring. We were given a price, paid and two weeks later the rings were ready. Great communication, fantastic product and the staff couldn't have done more. I wish the reviews could be verified as I highly doubt some of the silly reviews on here are genuine experiences. Keep up the good work guys and you've definitely got a returning customer. Simon
