This is the greatest jewellers I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. My partner chose my engagement ring from there as I’d spoken of the owner (Kay)’s philanthropy towards York Hospital (my workplace). They were non-judgemental that he had a limited budget and treated us as if we’d spent 10x more. The staff there make you feel so excited and happy to visit. I loved getting to see the staff when my ring was resized! When it came to my wedding we purchased our wedding rings from there (of course) and I told Kay I was having daffodils as my flowers. Words can’t convey how thankful I am that Kay then lent me her incredible new York Daffodils collection to wear. An absolute honour. Even after the wedding, when I returned the incredible jewels, Bradley’s presented us with a card and bubbles. I cannot praise this store, the staff and their products enough. An incredible independent jewellers with wonderful staff and a fantastic shopping experience!! I had been looking for a particular gold bangle for many month's and happened upon this jeweller's on a weekend away to York. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I wanted and made me feel very special. I also had a mini bottle of Prosecco beautifully wrapped given to me. A lovely gesture! Terri Smith

Would give 6 stars if I could! Visited on 28 December and bought a beautiful eternity ring , I suppose the glass of port helped 😋 The staff are all helpful, friendly and seem to love their work and their boss.

Cute little shop, nicely decorated for Christmas too. It was quite busy though, due to the fairly small space and probably it being a Sunday, so couldn’t spend a lot of time in there. Hope I’ll be able to go back and choose something beautiful.

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. We loved that the assistant Melissa recognised us when we went back the next day - we’d been to a few jewellers while on holiday in York (twice!) and they were the only ones to remember us. It’s such a small thing but really made us feel valued. Melissa was really patient with us and we were able to WhatsApp questions and photos back and forth once we’d come home, to find the perfect ring. We went with an Eco Rocks one in the end, it’s really beautiful and came so nicely packaged, in a wonderful wooden ring box. They also sent a lovely branded travel jewellery box along with it. From all those special little touches to people like Melissa who are an asset to the team, I can’t recommend Bradley’s Jewellers highly enough.
