Ordered crab cakes 3 pkts of 6. Couldn't wait to try so defrosted 2 immediately. This is an ultimate favourite having had Maryland cracakes in USA and Canada. Absolutely dreadful, from the mush inside to the horrendous coating. About half the width of photo. A pity of the poor chef who created these, I fear for him. Needless to say in bin. These were for my sister from Canada!!!!!!!!

The place is clean and tidy. Unfortunately fish is smelly and old, god knows how many times it's been re-frozen. Disappointed.

Our family are a lover of fresh jellied eels. Bradley’s are the worst quality and frozen junk. Look toward Barneys of Billingsgate and other fresh suppliers of eels and avoid supermarkets even Waitrose have been hoodwinked probably because the taster has never lived in the East End to know what true fresh sea food tastes like. Avoid major supermarkets who stock these awful tasting bits of rubbery bits. Surely Bradley’s would prefer to receive decent reviews. Young people will never know the true taste of fresh eels bit like bottled cockles one cannot eat those either.

Avoid them. I was order Turbot skin fillet on Friday 16th around 10:00am, I have paid for Saturday delivery. It arrived to me after 3 days on Monday 19th. The fillet was defreeze, courier company kept it without a freezer for over 2 days. Instead of fresh frozen Turbot I have spoiled smelly fish. Customer service didn't reply to my complaint.
