When it has been just Bradley Medical Centre, one GP I never had any issues. I always even told family and friends how amazing this GP practice is, compare to other GP practices. Since they’ve joined Health and Beyond, it has gone completely down hill. I’ve been trying to get through to them since Friday and no luck! I have no time at all to be waiting on the phone for hours just to be able to speak to someone and potentially get told that there are no appointments. It really is a shame as it used to be such a good practice before and ladies on reception that used to answer the phone were so helpful. But it‘s all changed now.

I can only say positive things about this surgery and others in group. The receptionist's are always attentive and consider your needs whilst also being friendly in tough times. I have had cause to visit often lately and all staff have been great but special praise for Dr Christian a truly exceptional doctor who puts you at ease and gives you the time of day and leaves you feeling like your health really matters whilst treating you.
