I received so much help knowing in my minds eye what i wanted . Lauren brought it together for me , Quality, Elegance, Colour and dressings. I got the lot 💯 with a smile . Delivery carefully done respectful of my property. Wonderful service start to finish . I would recommend to anyone and hopefully see them again soon. Had delivered on Tues settee and chair from Lauren, looks lovely. Gavin and James are a double act, work well together. Had to take the porch door off to get settee in but that didnt phase them. All in all lovely service from them, even put the chair together first so I could sit down while they sorted settee out. Excellent service and and could well recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service and product. We ordered a 3 seater and chair in crush kingfisher, plus an accent chair in Paris floral, and a banquette stool, all from the Rosie collection. It is fabulous, so comfy, looks absolutely terrific, and you can spot the quality just by looking at it. Lauren, Gavin and James are knowledgeable and understanding, we can't recommend them highly enough. Quality all round!!

Id like to say a huge thankyou to Gavin & James at Furniture by Lauren I ordered the Richmond sofa on 23rd Feb and it was delivered on 28th March. They said my old sofa would be taken away, but due to my faulty door they couldnt get it out, it was too big to go out the door my new one came in, but as promised they returned next morning after door was fixed. Gavin was so friendly & helpful when i was in the shop, he answered all my questions and let me browse, sit & lie on all the sofas. The complimentary care kit is great. It was a pleasure buying my first new sofa from gavin and it is the first place i will go in future for all my furniture. Ive had the sofa a couple of days now, its so comfortable its very well made and looks fabulous. Thank you all at Furniture by Lauren.

We called into the shop on a whim as we were in the market for a new suite. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and Lauren and Gavin answered all the questions we had in a professional but informal manner. We finally settled on a beautiful chair and sofa by Chloe and a Carrie Selkirk pouffe. They even offered to remove our old suite and take it to a charity outlet - all for free! The shop communicated with me a few days before delivery to ensure everything was okay and to suggest convenient delivery times. A few days later, the suite was delivered on time by Gavin and James, who did everything to ensure there was no damage to walls or lights as they removed our old suite and brought the new one in. James even removed the ceiling shade and wall mirror then replaced them after the removal was complete. The lads were polite and informative throughout, explaining exactly what they were doing as they went along. After they had put everything in place, they gave us a fabric cleaning and maintenance kit worth £40, absolutely free. I can't recommend Furniture by Lauren highly enough, the entire experience was prompt, polite and stress-free and the suite looks fabulous in our house. Thank you so much!
