We strive to ensure fair and just prosecutions for all individuals involved in a case by upholding the principles of the legal system. We also work closely with defense attorneys to ensure that all individuals receive a fair trial. Can you explain the plea bargaining process in detail?
The plea bargaining process is a negotiation between the prosecutor and defendant in which the defendant agrees to plead guilty to a lesser charge in exchange for a reduced sentence. Simply never picks up the phone, 24 attempts to call over 10 days, average call time of 40 mins before either being cut off or hung up on. No response to letters or emails, all for a simple enquiry about paperwork due. God help someone facing serious charges when faced with this kafkesque opacity.

Team leader Phoebe Oliver emailed me to say sorry for delay in comms. Never heard anything since. No communication from them. No one answers the phone within opening hours. Tried multiple times. Inbox where you email says it's not constantly monitored. Thee system is clearly designed to confuse and frustrate.
